This website offers you the most convenient and efficient way to manage your plan account. Check back as often as you'd like for the most current information available.

  • Personal Information gives you access to address, beneficiary and banking information

Mobile App

In addition to this website, you can also manage your account and process most transactions through the Voya Retire® mobile app. Search Voya Retire in the App Store or Google Play. The log in credentials you have established for this website will be the same ones you use for the mobile app. If your device supports thumbprint security, you can also set this feature.

Plan Information Line

You have access to an automated menu as well as Customer Service Associates by calling the Plan Information Line toll-free at 844-LADC457 (844-523-2457) Customer Service Associates are available from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., PT (excluding New York Stock Exchange holidays).

Note that use of the Information Line requires you use your Voya-issued PIN, which was mailed to you in a white security envelope. If you have misplaced or forgotten your PIN, call the Information Line and, when asked to enter your PIN, simply hold for a Customer Service Associate or press 0.

Statements
  • Quarterly account statements are generally available within 15 business days after the end of each calendar quarter and can be found under Account>Statements.
  • You can choose to receive confirmation statements electronically where you will receive an email noting your confirmation is available within the Statements & Correspondence section of this website.
  • You can set this feature when you establish your account preferences or by going to My Profile>Communication Preferences.
  • In addition, you can generate an account statement (found under Account>Statement) at any time based on your preferences.
    • You may enter a specific date range and select the information you would like to see on the statement.
    • Online statement information history is as of the Plan’s conversion date to Voya.
Confirmation Statements

Any time you make a transaction using this website or the Information Line, a confirmation statement will be sent to you generally within two to three business days after the transaction is processed.

You can choose to receive confirmation statements electronically where you will receive an email noting your confirmation is available within the Statements & Correspondence section of this website.
  • You can set this feature when you establish your account preferences or by going to My Profile>Communication Preferences.
  • Electronic confirmation statements are not available for transactions that involve the issuance of a check, such as a loan or withdrawal.
